What we collect
Three categories:
- Account & purchase data — email, name, billing address (if applicable), license keys.
- Product telemetry — anonymized load counts, crash reports, version-upgrade events, no trading data.
- Website analytics — aggregate page views, referrers. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
What we never collect
Trading data. Positions. Account balances. PnL. API keys. Broker credentials. Our indicators run on your local trading platform; we have no access to your account, your trades, or your strategy.
How we use it
Purchase data honors your license — we verify entitlements when you request software updates. Email is used for launch updates, security notifications, and replies to your direct support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
Discord
The QuantForged Discord is operated by Discord Inc. under their privacy policy. Your Discord identity and activity are subject to Discord’s terms, not ours. We do not export Discord user data into our own systems beyond matching Founder roles to purchase records on your request.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for session management and preference storage. We do not use marketing or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics are aggregate-only.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time. Email privacy@quantforged.com. Deletion of your account does not revoke licenses; licenses remain valid but you will no longer receive update notifications.
Security
We apply reasonable safeguards for the data we hold — encrypted transit, encrypted storage, limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users without undue delay in the event of a breach.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced via email and Discord. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
