Founder’s Bundle purchases come with a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If within 30 days of purchase you decide the bundle isn’t for you, email us — we refund in full.
No survey. No retention call. No "what could we have done better." Just the refund. You keep your time; we keep our integrity.
What ‘full refund’ means
You receive 100% of the amount you paid, refunded to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. We do not charge processing or cancellation fees.
After the 30 days
After 30 days, the Founder’s Bundle is non-refundable. This is because most of the value (lifetime updates, all future platform ports) accrues over time — we can’t practically claw back value you’ve already received from the product.
Individual indicator purchases
Individual indicator purchases (post-launch, not the bundle) carry the same 30-day refund policy. If you’re unsure, start with one indicator, test it, upgrade to the bundle later — individual purchases credit toward the bundle upgrade.
License revocation
Refunds automatically revoke the license. We may also revoke licenses without refund for serious violations of the Terms of Service (piracy, redistribution). See Terms Section 03 for detail.
How to request
Email refunds@quantforged.com from the address used for purchase. Include your order ID. That’s it.
